Cabo San Lucas Couples Photos on the Beach / Adrian + Joey

It’s always a treat when I get to photograph a couple for a second time! I photographed Adrian and Joey’s wedding back in 2018? I flew to Minnesota in January for a wintery wedding. I mean, if you’re planning a wedding in Minnesota in January, it’s gotta be because you want SNOW. And did we have a single flake in sight? Nope. Sadly they didn’t have snow for their wedding day but we still had a blast and in the years since, Adrian became a wedding photographer! We’ve kept in touch all these years and finally got to work together.

Adrian asked me to second shoot a wedding with her in Cabo this past January. We thought, why not bring the husbands and have some fun too? Of course we had to swap a few photos, so we traded the wintery Minnesota January for the beach in Cabo San Lucas this time around! I captured a few photos of them, and Adrian photographed us. Definitely a perk of traveling with a fellow photographer!

Pro tip: When planning a beach session, remember the sand gets hot! It will be even more imperative to plan for sunrise or sunset timing during the warmer months.
