Asheville Mountain Elopement - Bohemian Meets Country Style

For a while we had been dreaming up a cozy fall anniversary session/styled shoot in the Blue Ridge Mountains together.

So when Sydney and Andy (and their pup, Parker) were finally able to come visit from Asheville, we were both so excited to have some creative fun and explore the mountains. Plus it really is so sweet being able to wear your wedding clothes and relive the magic of that day again.

Sydney is an artist with tattoos she drew herself, and Andy plays the pedal steele for a country star. She also happens to be my best friend since high school and he did in fact wear that bolo tie for his wedding day. They are just some of the radest people I know. We met up in Asheville that morning, ate some breakfast tacos and found some delicious coffee. Then we headed up to Black Balsam Knob to shoot, laughing our butts off while our pups played chase on the trails.
